The police said that Mr. Phillips was visiting Cleveland to attend the week 4 matchup between the Cleveland Browns and AFC North rivals the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to USA Today.

Cleveland Division of Police Sgt. Freddy Diaz told WEWS-TV that he “at some point kind of got separated from the person he was with, and after that, you know, we’re still trying to determine what actually happened.”
