A man has been left fighting for his life after having a cardiac arrest on Westminster Bridge - despite earlier reports saying he had been stabbed.

Three people have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and another has been arrested on suspicion of affray.

Initial reports suggested he had been stabbed. but the Metropolitan Police later said he suffered a cardiac arrest after a fight, as they continue to investigate.
