Deputy Minister for Immigration and Population Dr. Khaing Khaing Soe has been transferred and appointed as Deputy Minister at the Office of the President, according to an announcement issued by the Office of the President on August 17. In accordance with Sections 234(a) and (d) of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and Section 16(b)(9) of the Union Government Law, Dr. Khaing Khaing Soe, Deputy Minister for Immigration and Population, has been reassigned to serve as Deputy Minister at the Office of the President.
