After The Hindu Downtown expressed concern over a protruding manhole lid, one covering a duct for optic fibre cables, on Bazullah Road in T. Nagar, remedial action was taken; and then an ‘emergency’ work undid the remedy. After this work is completed, the issue should also be conclusively addressed
