Lebanon’s organization Hezbollah has confirmed that their leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah has been martyred in an Israeli attack in Beirut, and vowed to continue the fight against Israel. In a statement on Saturday, Hezbollah said, “Hezbollah’s Secretary-General, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, has joined his great, immortal fellow martyrs, whom he led for 30 years.” Earlier, the Israeli army had claimed that Hassan Nasrallah was killed in an attack in Beirut the previous day. Initially, Hezbollah did not confirm the death of their leader. According to the Israeli army, most of Hezbollah’s senior leaders were killed in the attack.
