Na’Allah, a former representative of Kebbi South Senatorial District, announced his withdrawal in a letter dated May 17 and addressed to the APC state chairman in Birnin Kebbi.

The APC had scheduled Monday for its senatorial primaries, where Mr Na’Allah was expected to contest for the party's ticket in a bid to return to the Red Chamber.
