The Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof. Offiong Offiong, made the disclosure at a news conference he addressed in Calabar.

“I assure you that the University of Calabar is fully prepared to deliver a memorable event anchored on integrity, fairness and sportsmanship,” the vice-chancellor said.
