The police said the officers were “found guilty of the following offences: 1. Leaving Beat, 2. Corrupt Practices, 3. Unlawful or Unnecessary exercise of authority.”

In a statement sighted on Friday, the Police said, “They face charges of criminal conspiracy and culpable homicide in connection with the death of Qoyum Abdulyekeen Ishola and they have been remanded in prison custody pending further court proceedings.”
