The party went ahead with its state congresses and is set for a national convention on Tuesday, 14 April, despite INEC’s warning that it wouldn’t monitor its activities due to the 12 March ruling of the Court of Appeal.

The party said the inauguration will hold on May 12, 2026, or on a later date to be communicated by the National Working Committee.

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has announced plans to inaugurate its newly elected state executives and chairmen on May 12, 2026, following what it
