A criminal indictment has been filed before the United States District Court Eastern District of New York by the Department of Justice in the case of USA against Gautam Adani, Sagar Adani and Vineet Jain.

Gautam Adani Bribery Case: Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) highlighted that the charges in the US Department of Justice (DOJ) indictment and the civil complaint by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) do not include allegations of bribery or corruption.
