A man was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Mingaladon Township, according to the Myanmar Fire Services Department. The incident occurred at around 6:27 a.m. on May 2 on Khayepin Road, in front of Shwe Kaung Kywal tea shop, in Yangon Region’s Mingaladon Township. Authorities received a report that a person was trapped following a traffic accident, prompting a rescue response from the Mingaladon Township Fire Station, which dispatched one fire engine and personnel to carry out search and rescue operations.
