All international flights scheduled to arrive at or depart from Mandalay International Airport have been temporarily suspended until further notice due to operational circumstances, Myanmar Airways International (MAI) announced on the evening of September 10. During the suspension period, all domestic flights operated by MAI and Mingalar aviation that are scheduled to arrive at or depart from Mandalay International Airport will be rerouted to Anisakan Airport in Pyin Oo Lwin.

Flights were delayed at San Diego International Airport after a drone and a weather balloon were spotted near the San Diego Airport.
