Former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick said that rap icon Jay-Z has a "guilty conscience" for cutting deals with the NFL and Target. 

Kaepernick made the comments as part of an extensive interview with NBC News ahead of the release of his memoir, “The Perilous Fight.”
