Fenway Sports Group have agreed to sell a 30 per cent stake in Liverpool to 1892 Holdings, a consortium led by Amit Bhatia and backed by Jeff Bezos and Eduardo Saverin. The deal values the club at about £5.5 billion while leaving FSG in control and Liverpool's football operations unchanged.
