TGRERA extends real estate project completion timelines by four months due to West Asia situation, effective for eligible projects.

TGRERA has extended the completion timelines of all eligible RERA-registered real estate projects in the state by four months.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) said the recommendation comes in view of the ongoing geopolitical tensions in West Asia, which have disrupted global supply chains and affected construction activity.
