A Bengaluru court issued summons to Priyank Kharge and Youth Congress leader Mohammed Harris for criminal defamation case against RSS

A Bengaluru court has taken cognisance of a private defamation complaint against Priyank Kharge and Mohammed Nalpad over alleged remarks on the RSS. The order starts criminal proceedings against the two leaders while dropping the complaint against Dinesh Gundu Rao.
