President Tinubu has appointed Lanre Babalola as Special Adviser to the President on Power and Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on Power Sector Reset and Restoration, as part of efforts to address persistent challenges in Nigeria’s electricity sector.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Mr Rilwan Lanre Babalola as Special Adviser on Power and Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on Power Sector

The nomination follows the resignation of the former minister, Adebayo Adelabu, who stepped down from office to pursue elective office.
