Dec. 31 (UPI) -- Eurostar and LeShuttle resumed full operations on Wednesday after a shutdown due to an electrical issue, but travelers can still expect delays.

International train operator Eurostar is restarting its rail service to and from London, the company announced on Tuesday evening. However, the company's trains will not run between Amsterdam and London on Tuesday evening, a spokesperson said. Earlier Tuesday, Eurostar cancelled all train services to and from London for an unknown period of time due to problems with the overhead electricity lines in the Channel Tunnel.
