A sixth foreign tourist has died after apparently ingesting tainted alcohol while on holiday in Laos.

An American tourists, an Australian teen, a British woman, and two Danish tourists have died after they consumed methanol, which is sometimes used in mixed drinks at disreputable bars and can cause severe poisoning.
