A hundred years ago | Fighting malaria in Indian plantations
From The Hindu Archives, October 7, 1926: Under the auspices of the Indian Tea Association, Sir Ronald Ross will leave for India on 29th October on board ‘Rajpatanam’. He will travel to Calcutta via Malay States with the object of inspecting measures for the control of malaria, that are being carried out in the plantations in India and Malay States.
