Rudy Bautista, attorney for Michael Jayne, officially said his client pleaded not guilty to each of the charges against him during a hearing on Friday, including the aggravated murder of a Santaquin officer.

Eddie Wide left his county job in May after decades of employment, according to a spokesperson. Police had looked into him previously.
