James Bodie Moore III and Jason Lamars Lee appeared in court Monday and face up to five years in prison if convicted for aiming the beam of a laser pointer at a police helicopter.

According to court documents, Sergio Octavio Sanchez aimed the beam of a green laser pointer at a Metropolitan Police Department helicopter several times in January 2025.
