Feb. 13 (UPI) -- The British government's ban on protest organization Palestine Action under anti-terrorism laws was ruled unlawful by three judges, who said the move was disproportionate and breached free speech rights.

Britain’s High Court has ruled the government’s decision to outlaw Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation was unlawful.

It remains in place for now to allow further legal argument and the government to consider an appeal.
