California attorney general Rob Bonta canceled his settlement meeting with Paramount about its intended acquisition of Warner Bros., saying the company leaked the meeting’s details.

In a statement issued to the New York Times, Bonta accused Paramount of leaking details of a meeting the parties held last week.
