Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has recalled over 11,000 bottles of Ziac tablets, a common blood pressure medication, after the drug may have been cross-contaminated with a cholesterol medication.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a recall for blood pressure medication after finding cross contamination with a drug used to treat high cholesterol. 

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Elmwood Park, N.J., is recalling the pills, which are in 2.5 mg and 6.25 mg doses.
