Iran is not ready for new face-to-face talks with the U.S., according to a senior Iranian official.

The United States and Iran began negotiations Saturday in Pakistan, days after a fragile two-week ceasefire was announced, as the war that has killed thousands of people and shaken global markets entered its seventh week. FRANCE 24's Andrew Hilliar tells us more.
