Thousands of students, teachers and activists have clashed with police in Chile's capital during a massive march against President José Antonio Kast’s education cuts and austerity measures.

Clashes erupted between groups of protesters and riot police after a huge anti-government rally on Saturday in the Serbian capital of Belgrade by tens of thousands of opponents of the country's autocratic President Aleksandar Vucic.
