Lawyers for Bryan Kohberger are challenging various types of evidence ahead of his murder trial for allegedly killing four Idaho college students.

Among the pieces of evidence Kohberger’s attorneys argued should be dropped is their client’s genetic information that they allege was “illegally gathered by law enforcement."
