Union and administrative unity for transformation

Drawing from her experience as director of the Business Group of Commerce, Gastronomy, and Services in Villa Clara since 2005, Hero of Labor of the Republic of Cuba, Digna Morales Molina, spoke at the 22nd Congress of the CTC.

Her own experience and the results of her management gave authority to her words about the importance of workers’ participation in the implementation of the 176 economic transformations.

Digna’s remarks earned applause from the audience when she said that listening to the trade union movement, ensuring its participation, and the unity of administrations with the CTC and the unions will be essential for the success of the new measures.

She could have said more, included new ideas, others she has held for a long time, but she kept to the brevity required for an intervention at an event of such magnitude. Those who listened were certain that she will say much more through her daily actions once the sessions of the 22nd Congress concluded.
