Panathinaikos could not overcome Emlak Konut in the EuroLeague Women qualifiers, as the Turkish side stormed to a 91-68 victory at the Holargos Indoor Hall.

Emlak Konut dominated from the opening minutes, scoring just three points in the first quarter but taking a commanding 26-3 lead. The Turkish side continued to pull away and extended its advantage to 40 points (67-27) in the 22nd minute.

With Emlak Konut easing off in the final quarter, Panathinaikos managed to reduce the deficit and bring it below 30 points before the final buzzer, finishing the game 68-91.

Turkish point guard Reka Lelik came close to a triple-double, finishing with 10 points, nine rebounds and 10 assists.

Emlak Konut now advance to the final qualifying round before the EuroLeague Women group stage, where they will face Girona.

Panathinaikos will continue its European campaign in Group C of the EuroCup Women, alongside Belgian side Castors Braine, German club ALBA Berlin and the winner of the Italian-Spanish tie between Sesto San Giovanni and Estepona.
