MYRA School of Business hosts Convocation Day

Mysuru: MYRA School of Business (MSB) celebrated the Convocation of PGDM Class of 2026 at its Mysuru campus recently. The graduating cohort, representing diverse States across India, has secured placements in leading organisations. 

Prem Das Rai, former MP from Sikkim, who was the chief guest, delivered the keynote address titled, “Build at the Frontier: That’s Where India Needs You.”  

He encouraged graduates to embrace complexity, remain curious and build with purpose. He emphasised that the future belongs to those who can navigate uncertainty, build trust and create impact in challenging environments. 

Dr. Ramasastry Ambarish, Chairman of the Board of Governors and Director, highlighted key initiatives at MSB, including the Digital Mastery Programme, industry-aligned curriculum, professional certifications, AI integration, and Centres of Excellence in cybersecurity, entrepreneurship, and grassroots innovation. He urged graduates to remain adaptable, ethical, and purpose-driven in a rapidly changing world. 

Kantharaj Urs, Managing Trustee, welcomed and reflected on MYRA’s commitment to preparing students not just for successful careers, but for meaningful lives. MYRAcles Samkith Kothari and Diya Kothari shared their experiences. Both were recognised for All-Round Excellence by being inducted into the Honour Board.
