Morrisons issues £1.85 change this winter to help shoppers save money

Morrisons has unveiled a significant update for its cafes this winter, aiming to support customers during the colder season by assisting them in staying cosy while saving money.

The retail leader is rolling out a "Winter Refills Allowance" at all its cafes across the country. In an effort to warm patrons from the inside out, unlimited free refills will be on offer for all self-serve hot beverages, including teas, lattes, cappuccinos, and hot chocolates.

With prices starting at just £1.85, Morrisons boasts a variety of steaming beverages that are perfect to heat up the chilly days.

For those with a penchant for sweetness, indulging in a pastry alongside a comforting drink is possible for a mere £4. The selection features delights ranging from the traditional Victoria Sponge to a zestier Sicilian Lemon Muffin, ensuring there's a treat to please any taste bud.

The affordability extends throughout the menu in Morrisons Cafes, which provide substantial breakfast, lunch and dinner options without putting a dent in the wallet, reports the Liverpool Echo.

Take, for instance, their offer where a breakfast sandwich teamed with a hot beverage costs only £4.25, while a filling adult sandwich meal deal comes in at £6.50. Families will find extra value as children eat free every single day when an adult meal priced at £5 or above is purchased, children under 16 dine on the house in any of the Morrisons Cafes nationally.
