Let's look at that disclosure!

According to her filing, she has up to $50,000 in a savings account. On that savings account, which I would have to guess is a high yield (so millennial core), she made up to $1,000 in interest.

She has up to $15,000 in a checking account, and up to $1,000 in a brokerage account.

And finally, she still has up to $50,000 in student loan debt from 2007.

Sooo, to summarize, she has at most $66K in the bank and $50K in student loan debt.

And then a bunch of people are like, "DUH this is how it should be."

"8 years in Congress and still has a negative net worth. As it should be."

"We need more members of congress who aren’t worth 7 figures."

"This is what you should expect from an elected official... they aren't there to make money/get rich/free healthcare... they are there to represent US."

C0unsel0rX/x.com

"Huh…a real American who understands other Americans."

southside_lolo/x.com

"Difference between working for the people and screwing the people, which Republicans are great at."

And lastly: "This is what happens when we elect normal people to Congress who have student debt and don’t engage in insider trading."
