The senior executive of JPMorgan, Lorna Hajdini, is hogging the limelight for all the wrong reasons. For the unversed, a former employee of JPMorgan has filed a lawsuit in New York accusing Lorna of sexual assault, racial harassment and intimidation inside the workplace. The victim has been identified as John Doe, who is an Asian banker. Earlier, he worked in JPMorgan’s leveraged finance division. Amid the fiasco, Lorna’s old congratulatory note to a colleague has gone viral.

In a now-deleted LinkedIn post, the senior executive of JPMorgan, Lorna Hajdini, congratulated her colleague in 2025. She mentioned that the person deserved the recognition as they were strong and impressive, so much so that no one could avoid them. She wrote, "You are a force to be reckoned with! Well-deserved recognition." Shortly after Lorna Hajdini made headlines for all the wrong reasons, people started commenting on the now-deleted post. A user wrote, "You are too, apparently. And not in a good way!"

What are the allegations levied against the senior executive of JPMorgan, Lorna Hajdini?

According to John Doe’s lawsuit, the senior executive of JPMorgan, Lorna Hajdini, was accused of sexual abuse, racial discrimination and intimidation inside the workplace. John, in his lawsuit, claimed that in May 2024, when he rejected an invitation from Lorna for drinks, she allegedly told him, "If you don’t f**k me soon, I’m going to ruin you... never forget, I fking own you." John, in his lawsuit, mentioned that Lorna often told him that he would have promotions and career advancements in JPMorgan only if he sexually pleases her.

In another alleged encounter, Lorna told John, "Do you want to get promoted at year's end or not? Do you want a future at JPMorgan? It’s that simple. I don’t know why you’re fighting this." In a heated exchange, Lorna slammed John over his workplace. She allegedly told him, "I f**king own you! I will make you pay... Do you think you’re going to be in good standing if you do not have me in your corner? You really think management wants some brown boy Indian-leading originations?... If you don’t f**k my brains out tonight, I’m going to sabotage your promotion."

Besides verbal harassment, John was allegedly physically assaulted by Lorna. In an alleged encounter at John’s apartment, Lorna insulted his wife and also performed oral sex on him by forcibly removing his pants. While he cried and requested her to leave, she allegedly said, "I bet your little Asian, fish head, wife doesn’t have these cannons. Stop f**king crying. You think anyone would ever believe you?" In another alleged encounter at the workplace, Lorna allegedly pushed John to the floor and sat on his face. Feeling uncomfortable, John begged her to stop by saying, "I’m very uncomfortable, please, Lorna, please, I’m begging you."

In his lawsuit, John mentioned there were many instances when Lorna made racially charged comments. In one alleged encounter, Lorna said to John, "Oh, you did play basketball in college? I love basketball players. They get me so wet." On multiple occasions, Lorna forced John to perform oral sex. Once she allegedly said to John, "Birthday BJ for the brown boy? My little brown boy."
