POW Dongyeon's father passes away

POW member Dongyeon's father has passed away in the early hours of June 13 KST.

The group's label GRID Entertainment relayed on this day,

"Hello, this is GRID Entertainment.

We are deeply saddened to share the heartbreaking news that the father of POW member Dongyeon passed away in the early hours of today (June 13) following a long illness.

Dongyeon is currently with his family at the funeral hall, and the funeral will be held privately with family members and close relatives in accordance with the wishes of the bereaved family.

GRID Entertainment will provide Dongyeon with full support so that he may have sufficient time to grieve and be with his loved ones during this difficult period. We kindly ask fans to keep Dongyeon and his family in their thoughts, and to respect their privacy as they mourn.

We extend our deepest condolences to Dongyeon and his family.

May the deceased rest in peace.

Meanwhile, POW most recently released their single album 'Come True' in January of this year.
