Apink's Bomi opens up about her parents who run a convenience store: "They always end up eating leftover stock for meals”
by Janie-Reign · allkpopApink member Bomi shared her affection for her parents and family.
Recently, a video titled “Saving swollen skin on a very important day” was uploaded to her YouTube channel, Bbom Bbom Bbom.
In the video, Bomi revealed, “I came to my parents’ house because my sister asked me to take care of her dog for a few days while she’s away for her schedule.”
She then enjoyed a home-cooked meal and said, “Whenever I come home, the fridge is always filled with convenience store food, from triangle kimbap to other items. My dad, younger sibling, and sister eat those every day.”
Bomi continued, “I asked them why they were eating such unhealthy meals, and they said that since my parents run a convenience store, they can’t throw away leftover stock, so they always end up eating it.”
Getting emotional, she added, “It makes me feel really bad, so I buy side dishes from a deli and organize them in containers for them, and now they eat those instead.”
She went on to say, “On one hand, it’s upsetting, but when I’m on a diet and come home, there’s so much tasty food that I end up eating whatever stock is in the fridge. That’s why I usually try not to come to my Suwon home when I’m dieting.”
Meanwhile, Bomi married composer and producer Rado this May at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Seoul. The two first met in 2017 while working on Apink’s song “Only One,” and have been dating for nine years since then. On social media, Bomi has been actively sharing her happily married life with her husband and pets.
