On June 15 KST, Pani Bottle shared a news article covering the issue on social media and wrote, “I’m on YouTube because I smelled money too. Please stop. It was meant to be funny.”
The controversy began after his appearance on a video uploaded to the YouTube channel Channel Fullmoon on June 12. The episode featured a discussion among popular creators and entertainers, including producer Na Young Seok, Chimchakman, Mimiminu, Car, the Garden, Kang Min Kyung, Hyoyeon, Kwak Beom, and Um Ji Yoon.
