On January 2, Channel A reported that it had obtained complaints submitted by Park Na Rae’s former managers to the local labor office, detailing alleged incidents of workplace harassment that had not previously been made public.
According to the report, the former managers filed a formal complaint with the Gangnam Branch of the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office, claiming that they suffered workplace harassment while employed by Park Na Rae.
The complaint alleges that Park Na Rae engaged in a specific sexual act with a male companion in the back seat of a vehicle while her managers were present in the driver’s and front passenger seats. The managers claimed they were forced to see and hear the situation against their will.
The document reportedly states, “While we were seated in the driver’s and front passenger seats during transit, Park Na Rae engaged in a ○○ act with a man in the back seat. Given the nature of the space inside a moving vehicle, it was impossible to avoid the situation or leave. By using her position of authority, she forced us to unwillingly perceive the situation both visually and audibly.”
The former managers reportedly argued that the incident should not be viewed as a private matter, but rather as workplace harassment carried out through the misuse of superior authority. The complaint also allegedly includes claims that Park Na Rae repeatedly kicked the driver’s seat during the incident, creating a dangerous situation that nearly led to a major traffic accident.
The complaint was submitted on December 18 last year, and the labor office is reportedly planning to summon the former managers for questioning later this month. As of now, Park Na Rae’s side has not released an official statement regarding the allegations.
With ongoing controversies surrounding allegations of abuse of power and other disputes involving Park Na Rae, this latest claim has drawn significant public attention, with many closely watching how the situation will unfold.
