BTS Jin’s “Stay-at-Home” Philosophy Revealed — Why He Chooses Gaming Over Going Out on Days Off

by · allkpop

BTS’s Jin has revealed why he prefers staying home on his days off.

On the May 6 broadcast of MBC’s variety show 'Radio Star' (Episode 964), Choi Daniel, Nam Gyu Ri of SeeYa, Ahn Ji Young of Bolbbalgan4, and Beomgyu of TXT appeared as guests.

During the episode, Beomgyu shared that he follows a “world-class routine” similar to BTS. He shared, “I’m very close with Jin Hyung from BTS. He likes games, and I like them too, so whenever we have a day off, I always go to his place and we just play games all day.”

Beomgyu added, “Jin hyung once told me that staying home is better than going out because it comes with less risk.”

In response, Kim Gu Ra and Yoo Se Yoon commented, “It’s realistic but a bit sad,” and “People in broadcasting often say that going out can lead to trouble,” showing their agreement.

When asked if it’s still nice to go out sometimes, Beomgyu firmly replied, “No, no, no!” Even when told that going out doesn’t necessarily mean getting into trouble, he responded, “You never know what could happen in the world.”

When asked if any of his members like going out, Beomgyu said, “My members usually travel to places they couldn’t visit before when they get a two-week vacation, but if I get two weeks off, I stay in my dorm the entire time. I’m completely introverted.”

Meanwhile, TXT debuted under BigHit Music in 2019 and renewed their contracts as a full group in August of last year.
