QWER share warm generosity, donate flea market proceeds with fans
by Alec06 · allkpopQWER have shared a heartwarming act of generosity by donating all proceeds from a flea market held with their fans.
Recently, QWER donated 30 million KRW (approximately $22,000 USD) to the Children’s Hospital at Seoul Asan Medical Center. The donation was made using the full proceeds from a flea market held on March 1 together with their official fan club Bawige.
The funds will be used to help improve the treatment environment for pediatric patients. Through this meaningful act of giving created together with fans, QWER once again spread positive influence.
The group also personally visited the Children’s Hospital at Seoul Asan Medical Center to deliver messages of support to a fan currently battling illness. During the visit, the members spent time with pediatric cancer patients, participating in art activities and sharing a warm moment of connection.
QWER stated, “We are grateful that we can help even a little with the treatment of these young patients. We sincerely hope the children overcome their illness and achieve the dreams they wish for.”
The donation will be used to improve medical facilities and treatment environments for pediatric and adolescent patients. It will also support home medical care services for critically ill children as well as psychological healing programs.
Beyond their music activities, QWER continue to make an impact through charitable work and sharing. The act of giving is especially meaningful as it was carried out together with their fans.
Meanwhile, QWER will hold their encore concert ‘QWER 1ST WORLD TOUR ‘ROCKATION : HOMECOMING’ ENCORE IN SEOUL’ from March 20 to 22 at Ticketlink Live Arena in Olympic Park, Songpa gu, Seoul. The concert will serve as the finale of the group’s first world tour.
