TVXQ’s Changmin donates 50 million KRW(~34,000 USD) to support underprivileged children

TVXQ member Changmin has stepped forward to support underprivileged children and adolescents.

On December 24 KST, Samsung Medical Center announced that Changmin donated 50 million KRW(~34,000 USD) in celebration of Christmas.

According to the hospital, the donation was made to help economically disadvantaged children and teenagers reduce their medical expenses, allowing them to focus fully on treatment and rehabilitation.

Changmin shared, “On Christmas, a time that should be filled with children’s laughter, I wanted to support those who are fighting illness,” adding, “I sincerely hope this donation can help them regain their health as soon as possible so they can return to the world with bright smiles and pursue their dreams.”

Changmin is also the 116th member of the Green Noble Club, the high-value donor group run by ChildFund Korea. He has consistently practiced philanthropy for children and adolescents, including donations for children affected by the Pohang earthquake, families impacted by heavy rainfall, and initiatives supporting the healthy growth of vulnerable youth.
