Choi Yoojung shares candid thoughts on I.O.I's 10th anniversary and past reunion challenges

Choi Yoojung of I.O.I recently appeared on Kian84's YouTube channel 'Insaeng84', where she candidly discussed the group's 10th-anniversary activities and their music chart performance. The video was uploaded on June 23.

During their conversation, Kian84 congratulated Choi Yoojung on I.O.I's recent success on music charts. Choi Yoojung humorously referenced their survival show days, stating that she would jokingly say "Jeon Somi" if they ranked first and "Choi Yoojung" if they ranked third, acknowledging their individual ranks from 'Produce 101'.

When asked about the earnings from a number one hit, Choi Yoojung explained that a significant portion is deducted due to multiple agencies and members. She also noted that I.O.I's reunion plans had been canceled twice before, emphasizing the difficulty of coordinating schedules.

To ensure the 10th-anniversary activities finally proceed, Choi Yoojung shared that the members made a pact to forgo individual schedules during the group's promotional period. The members' commitment ultimately made the long-awaited reunion possible.
