Min Hee Jin responds to the court decision denying her reinstatement as ADOR CEO

On October 29, the Seoul Central District Court’s Civil Agreement Division 50 dismissed the injunction where Min Hee Jin requested to be reinstated as CEO of ADOR in her ongoing dispute with HYBE

In response, Min Hee Jin’s legal team immediately countered, clarifying that “this decision does not imply the court accepted HYBE’s arguments.”

Min Hee Jin’s legal representatives emphasized, “The shareholder agreement remains valid, guaranteeing her term as CEO until November 1, 2026.” They further stressed that if HYBE or ADOR board members violate the shareholder agreement, they would “actively review the exercise of Min Hee Jin’s rights,” demonstrating her firm position.

Amid these developments, Min Hee Jin appeared on music critic Kim Young Dae’s live broadcast 'School of Music.'

Previously, on August 27, ADOR dismissed Min Hee Jin as CEO and appointed internal director Kim Joo Young as her replacement. Although Min retained her position as an internal director, she continued her legal fight for reinstatement as CEO.

Meanwhile, HYBE stated, “We appreciate the court’s wise decision” and pledged to focus on “stabilizing ADOR, enhancing the multi-label system, and fully supporting artist activities.”

With the ADOR board meeting on the 30th approaching—where Min Hee Jin is expected to renew her request for reinstatement—her ongoing conflict with HYBE remains a key focus.
