Inside Alix Earle’s $4.1 Million Family Mansion in New Jersey

Alix Earle’s family is very, very rich.
The Earles paid $2.25 million in 2013 for a 1930s stone house Ashley Dupré has called a “castle,” about $1.1 million under its $3.35 million asking price. Realtor.com now estimates it around $4.1 million, based on property records, not a recent sale.
Ashley wasn’t kidding about the castle part. In a throwback Alix and Ashtin once got locked out at 1 a.m. and ended up banging on the door with their shoes and honking the car, because “we live in a castle so you really can’t hear anything,” and there wasn’t even a doorbell yet.
TJ Earle didn’t buy it with influencer money, quite the opposite actually. He’s co-president of Earle Asphalt, the New Jersey highway-and-paving company his father Walter started in 1968 with a $25,000 loan. The same year TJ and Ashley married in Paris, they closed on the house.

It’s where TJ, Ashley and their three youngest kids live, and where Alix and her sister Ashtin land when they’re in New Jersey. That makes it a natural set for a show built around family: Alix’s mother Alisa, her stepmother, and the tension between them run through the series, along with the fallout from Alix’s breakup with NFL player Braxton Berrios.
The reason early comments wouldn’t shut up about the house: behind the stone walls there’s a barn, goats (one named Miu Miu that eats Alix’s shirts), horses her half-sister Penelope rides, and what Alix has described on camera as roughly six dogs plus cats.
“Earle Meets World” premiered on Netflix on September 4, 2026.
