Brandi Glanville says a technician spotted something moving inside her face on the ultrasound, and the radiologist had never seen anything like it.

Now, Glanville says her days run on 18 hours of IV infusions, a home nurse for four hours each evening, and a PICC line, leaving her housebound except to record her podcast, Unfiltered. “I feel like death. I look like death,” the 53-year-old former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said in three Instagram Reels posted Sept. 6 and 7.

She says an ultrasound tech told her there was “something alive” in her face and that “it was moving,” and that the radiologist agreed neither had seen anything like it. “If I don’t find a radiologist to come cut this out of my face, I’m gonna do it myself,” she said.

Glanville has documented her health struggles publicly since July 2023, when she first believed something she ate while filming Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco was to blame. She was diagnosed that year with stress-induced angioedema, and by December 2024 said she’d spent over $70,000 trying to fix it.

In February 2026 she said the disfigurement came from a parasite tied to her ruptured 18-year-old silicone breast implants, which she said clogged her lymph nodes. Pinpointing the cause took 21 doctors and $200,000, she said. She had the implants removed, but says the parasite came back in June, along with a benign tumor in one of her facial lymph nodes.
