The deal closed around September 4, 2026, after two relistings and a string of price cuts. The home first hit the market at $6.5 million in September 2025, was pulled on December 23, then returned in early January 2026 at $5.75 million. It came off again after a March deal fell through, relisted in May at $5.299 million, and later dropped to $4.85 million.
They’d purchased it for $4.7 million in October 2022, putting the final price $325,000 below what they’d paid. The 1928 Spanish-style compound runs about 4,064 square feet, with 4 bedrooms and a double lot near Griffith Park.
Her husband was 47 when he died on January 3, 2025; the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner ruled his death a suicide. In August 2025, she told Amy Poehler on Good Hang, “At all times there’s like a giant ocean of awfulness that’s right there and I can see it.”
