Madam Boss apologises for endorsing Vecco Lupa’s fake immigration company
HARARE – Popular comedian and social media influencer Madam Boss has issued an apology to her followers for advertising and endorsing Vecco Lupa’s Diamond Migration immigration and overseas employment services.
· Nehanda RadioMadam Boss, real name Tyra Chikocho, said she intended to ‘inspire, uplift, and create opportunities’ for her followers without realising Vecco Lupa, real name Evans Sivechere, was running a scam.
She wrote, “I sincerely apologize to anyone who has been misled, inconvenienced, or financially affected after seeing the advert or promotion associated with my brand. My intention has always been to inspire, uplift, and create opportunities- never to cause harm or false hope.”
She further explained that she was also a victim in this case and was misled by the company.
“After further investigations, it has come to my attention that the company in question was not legally registered, not accredited, and did not possess the official authority to facilitate immigration or overseas employment.

“I was also misled, and I deeply regret associating my name with their services,” she added.
Madam Boss went on to distance herself from the company and its activities.
She wrote, “I would like to categorically and officially disassociate myself from this company, its operations, its representatives, and all its claims. I do not have any ownership, partnership, or ongoing relationship with the company, and I do not support any of its activities.”
Sivechere (29) was arrested in Botswana for running a job scam to unsuspecting victims.
He appeared at a Village Court and was remanded in custody after being arrested in Gaborone on Tuesday.
