Jon Adgemis, Australia’s biggest bankrupt since Alan Bond, is fighting to keep the details of his financial collapse secret.
Last week, he thought he was winning. He’d succeeded in delaying his appearance at a bankruptcy hearing that is examining the $1.8 billion implosion of his hospitality empire. And the Federal Court was even considering whether to hold all the hearings in secret.
