For Adam and JJ Miller, it was literally a case of putting their money where their mouths are.
Adam’s frustration at being unable to satisfy his craving for sushi in first London, then Manchester, where he had relocated with a Melbourne-based tech start-up, prompted him to quit and open the first Aussie-style sushi handroll outlet in Britain. Older brother JJ, who worked in marketing, moved from Melbourne specifically to help make Rolled happen.
