  • Gautam Singhania slammed Lamborghini India for not responding to his complaint
  • He had complained after he faced a breakdown of a new Lamborghini Revuelto
  • In a post on X, he called out executives for their 'arrogance'

Gautam Singhania, Chairman and Managing Director of Raymond Ltd, didn’t hold back on social media as he took Lamborghini India and Asia’s top executives to task for what he described as “arrogance” and poor customer service.

The luxury car enthusiast vented his frustration in a post on X, saying that neither Lamborghini India’s head, Sharad Agarwal, nor Asia’s regional chief, Francesco Scardaon, bothered to address his complaints following a car breakdown incident.

Singhania’s grievances stemmed from an unpleasant experience with the newly launched Lamborghini Revuelto. Singhania shared that the luxury car encountered a complete electrical failure while he was test-driving it on Mumbai’s trans-harbor link, leaving him stranded.

He said, “I'm shocked at the arrogance of India Head Sharad Agarwal and Asia Head Francesco Scardaoni. Not one has reached out to even check what the customer issues are.”

Take a look at his post here:

Earlier on October 3, Singhania had flagged concerns on social media regarding the issue. To illustrate the situation, he even posted a photo of Revuelto being towed off the bridge.

But what seemed to bother him most was the silence from Lamborghini’s India and Asia teams, who, according to him, didn’t even attempt to reach out.

Lamborghini India has yet to react on the matter.
